When the music finally cleared, two singers and one pianist received the ultimate music honor: They had been selected to participate in the All State Music Festival.

Kasia Gneiser, ’15, and Jackson Mulgrew, ’15, spent months in preparation for the audition, and their hard work paid off as they selected to be a part of the All State Chorus.

Pianist Michael Banwarth, ’17, had to wait a few days, but eventually, he, too, was chosen as one of two pianists to accompany the chorus.

The three will participate in the All State Music Festival Nov. 21 to 23.
