What do over spring break?

What is there to do over spring break in Dubuque?

This spring break not everyone will go out of town with their family. A lot of people will be staying home.

During spring break there are a variety of things to do. For instance, you could go bowling with my friends and family. Or, if you just want to hang out with your family during spring break, then go out to eat with them, hang out at home, and just talk to them.

You can also see how many of your friends are staying home during spring break and plan things to do with them-like going to the movies, ice skating, skiing or snowboarding, or explore the museums.

Of course, you can just lay at home all day and play on your phone, but what’s the fun in that? If you just stay home, you will be even more tired because you’re just lying there. So get out there and show people what there is that’s fun in Dubuque. Dubuque’s not that boring. It just needs you and your friends and family around to make it better.

This spring break, if the weather is nice, you and your friends could go outside bike riding, hiking, horseback riding and just go for a walk.

You can bike ride by the Mississippi River and on trails,- go to the Mines of Spain and hike the trails -with friends and take artsy nature photos. Just get some exercise.  Just going for a walk to your friends’ house which is down the street would be fun.

Horseback riding would be fun, too, because they are probably opening up the stables for the season during spring break. A lot students want to get out of the house because they have been stuck in there all winter.

Walking downtown Galena, Il with my family, the historical sites and restaurants are a blast.
