There are three popular dance studios in Dubuque that provide young people with the opportunity to compete competitively against other dance studios in different cities. To help compare the three studios, three Wahlert students share information and experiences about their studio, and Ellie Rix, ‘16, provides reasons as to why being a part of the Wahlert dance team is so awesome, by bringing girls from all three studios together.

Ellie Rix, ‘16, expresses her love for her studio, as well as the dance team Wahlert provides. “My studio is my family and they all make me really happy, they truly make my day, I don’t go a practice without smiling and laughing with my teammates or coach. Although, I think all the studios in Dubuque have something special about them, that’s why I love Wahlert dance so much. We all come together as one. Plus I get to listen to Megan Collins tell me stories, and that right there is the greatest blessing I have experienced in my life.”
