The owners of the cafe work extremely hard to show hospitality and provide fresh food for customers. The food they cook is mostly influenced by the French culture.
If you go for breakfast, some of the options are Eggs Benedict, Ham Steak and Eggs and Croque Madam. The Croque Madam is made with two slices of a French baguette, one egg, ham, gruyere cheese, and served with hash browns. The items on the breakfast menu can cost about $4.00 to $6.50, which varies based on what you order.
On the Sandwiches menu there are a variety of sandwich options to choose from. These include Stacked Cordon Bleu, Chicken Pesto Melt and BLT’s. The Chicken Pesto Melt is made with grilled chicken breast, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, Swiss cheese, pesto aioli on sourdough bread. Sandwich prices can be different depending on what type of sandwich you choose. It can cost anywhere from $6.75 to $8.75.
The Cafe Fraiche is located on East 22nd Street at the corner of Queen Street. Although closed Monday and Tuesday, they are open Wednesday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. When open, they offer both breakfast, which is served all day, and lunch.
